Varun Manian Shares His Thoughts on Challenges of Being an Entrepreneur

The panorama of Indian business enterprise is evolving at the lighting speed. The ideologies and concepts of the youth are more distinguished and industries are going beyond the same old mapping constructed a decade ago. Amongst this, one the entrepreneur who deserves worth mentioning is Mr. Varun Manian for the broadening the horizons of the entrepreneurship in the country. At a totally young not only he managed to be one the successful entrepreneur of the country but also started many activities for the welfare of the society.  
Varun Manian, after completing his graduation from New York University, came back to India to join his long run family business. Post gaining complete experience and expertise about the business, he later started his own company; the Radiance Group.
In one of his interviews, Varun Manian said that, “Karl Marx was compulsory reading at school in NYU. I always remember the line – From each according to his ability. To each according to his need.  My take from the first sentence is that I have to work to my maximum ability. The second sentence has taught that it is my mission to look after my customers, my business associates, my colleagues and of course to help society in whatever small way I can.”
